Herndon Plaza, located in downtown Atlanta, in the heart of the
Sweet Auburn District, provides prime access to the downtown
Atlanta business community. Our facility is open for private
events on weekday evenings and weekends. Our lobby level offers a
variety of meeting rooms that can be rented for corporate and
social gatherings.

- 1000 person standing capacity atrium
- 250 seat auditorium
- 125 seat dining room
- 50 seat training room
Standard rate rental fee includes:
- Facility rental for a four (4) hour period (additional fee
thereafter)
- Pre and post cleaning of the facility (additional fee for
weekends)
- Complimentary parking (for up to 150 vehicles)
- On-site catering services (additional fee)
- Security for up to 100 persons (additional fee thereafter)
- Full sound and stage lighting capabilities in Auditorium
- Audio Visual Equipment and Technician (upon request and
availability)
Catering Service
Atlanta Life Financial Group, Inc. catering service is provided
through Catering with A Flair, Inc. Please contact Ms.
Dwynell Williams at 404.688.9400. No outside catering is
permitted.
