Jackson Securities' Institutional Sales & Trading Group excels in servicing institutional investors with the trading of equity and taxable fixed-income securities. As a NASD registered Broker/Dealer, we serve the needs of institutional clients in an investment banking and broker/dealer capacity. The Group serves corporate issuers by participating in syndicates and distributing securities through an established network of institutional investors. This network represents the frequently favored "buy and hold" investor who is often overlooked by larger investment banks. The Group's national institutional clients include money managers, banks and insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporations, trust accounts and public pension funds.
The Equity Sales & Trading Team provides superior trade executions, corporate buy-backs, directed brokerage, program trading and transition management services for institutional investors. By working orders with efficient trading expertise, the Equity Sales & Trading Team has demonstrated performance that consistently meets or beats trading benchmarks on sizes ranging from 100,000 to 1,000,000 shares, providing best execution capabilities comparable to any bulge bracket brokerage firm. With access to systems such as OASYS and ALERT, Jackson Securities can accommodate existing client procedures, eliminating the need for exception processing. Equipped with the technology infrastructure to serve institutional clients, our FIX-compliant electronic order routing solutions provide enhanced access to liquidity for the best execution needs of our clients. Our trading systems provide seamless order management and connectivity to exchange floor trading necessary to complete trading requirements for transition management and program trading. A completely electronic order management and automatic order routing enables Jackson Securities to achieve the time, liquidity and efficiencies necessary to satisfy program trades and portfolio transitions. In some cases, we outsource trading through a best-in-class network of trading partners to provide pre-trade analysis and post-trade analytics. Jackson Securities has a long-term clearing relationship with Pershing, LLC, whose services and expertise provide the necessary support needed to meet client needs.
The Taxable Fixed-Income Sales Team has a successful track record placing various debt structures for all of the GSEs including: Fannie Mae, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Federal Home Loan Banks, Federal Farm Credit Funding Corporation and Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation. Jackson Securities is an active member of the Fannie Mae Access Program and participates in the Fannie Mae selling groups including Discount Notes, Benchmark Notes and Medium Term Notes. Facilitated by our recent growth in taxable underwriting, we offer a flow of new issue corporate bonds, U.S. Agency Benchmarks, and Callable Agencies to an institutional investor client base. Working with major investment firms, institutional investors, and asset managers, we have participated in more than $200 billion equity and fixed income transactions, demonstrating our ability to facilitate larger offerings, achieve broad distribution and raise funds for companies diverse in size and industry groups.
