On October 10, 2025, we hosted our first LiveBalanced™ Webinar Presentation and Q&A in recognition of World Mental Health Day. The session featured Dr. Kristin Tugman, a respected leader in mental health and work capacity research. Our goal was clear. Create a space that informs, encourages action, and connects people to practical strategies they can use right away.

We opened with the purpose behind LiveBalanced™ giving insight to our new holistic wellness platform where we work to support everyday decision making, reduce stress, and foster steady routines. From there, Dr. Tugman guided participants through core themes that matter at work and at home. She explored how to recognize early signs of strain, how to set boundaries that stick, and how to manage compassion fatigue without losing empathy. She also invited everyone to clarify personal values and to reconnect with a sense of why, so that goals feel grounded and achievable.

The presentation moved from concepts to practice. Attendees worked through simple check-ins they can do in a few minutes, such as rating energy and focus, naming one priority for the day, and identifying a small task that supports recovery. We also discussed ways to talk with managers and teammates about capacity and workload. The aim was not to add more to a crowded calendar. The aim was to make room for the habits that keep people steady.

Dr. Tugman offered clear steps that fit real schedules, for example pairing recovery breaks with existing meetings, or using brief team rituals to reduce decision fatigue. The conversation was open and practical, and it gave people confidence to start small and stay consistent.

This LiveBalanced™ webinar, the first of many, also affirmed our commitment to education and access. We reached people across teams and time zones, and we received thoughtful feedback that will shape the next sessions. Attendees told us they valued the direct language, the simple tools, and the chance to ask specific questions. Several noted that the values and why exercise helped them reset expectations and choose a sustainable pace for the weeks ahead.

We are grateful to Dr. Tugman for leading a session that was both insightful and actionable, and to everyone who joined and shared questions. We also appreciate our internal teams who supported planning, communications, and facilitation from start to finish. Their coordination made the experience smooth for participants.

Looking ahead, we will continue this series with topics that build on what we learned together. Future sessions will explore practical recovery routines, manager toolkits for supportive conversations, and peer strategies that make healthy work habits easier to maintain. We will keep listening to participant feedback and will refine content so that each session turns knowledge into steps people can take the same day.

World Mental Health Day reminds us to pause, reflect, and choose practices that help us show up well. This inaugural LiveBalanced webinar helped our community do exactly that. Clear tools, steady support, and a focus on why. That is how we plan to keep moving forward.
